Vietnamese website wins first place in US competition

ScholarJet has been named the winner of – VietChallenge 2017 – an entrepreneurial competition sponsored by the Vietnamese Student Association at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, the US.

The competition, which took place Oct. 1 to Nov. 30, received 176 applications from 23 countries around the globe. The 16 Semi-Finalists were from five countries: the US, Vietnam, Australia, Japan and Germany.
ScholarJet is a web platform that takes a novel approach to the scholarship process and helps students find creative alternative ways to raise money to defray the cost of a university education.
