Wanted notice for a man suspected of killing 4 people in Quang Ninh

The Investigation Police Force (TPF) of Quang Ninh Province has issued on September 26th a Red Notice No. /QD-PC45 for "Arrest for Robbery and Murder" on Doan Trung Dung (45 years old, lives in cluster 7, zone 1, Trung Vuong ward, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province).
The suspect was identified with characteristics as follow: rectangular face, height of about 1.8m, concave nose, etc.
