Youth Federation calls for donations to social welfare projects

The Vietnam Youth Federation on October 12 announced its social welfare projects to mark the 60th founding anniversary of the organization (October 15).

Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Vietnam Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Youth Federation said,“Celebrating the 60th birthday of the founding of the Federation, we continue appealing to individuals and organizations to raise funds to contribute to the Youth Union’s social welfare programs.

This year, 20 boarding schools and 60 schools will be built, applying both traditional and modern construction methods.”

Since 2013, the Vietnam Youth Federation and the Vietnam Youth Union have built 27 boarding schools and 16 schools for students in remote areas with the cost covered by donors.
