All People Protect National Security Movement

The conference saw the participations of Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security and Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy Lan, Vinh Phuc Party Committee Secretary.

According to Major General Nguyen Chi Lang, Director of Vinh Phuc Public Security, Vinh Phuc province has been successfully developing the new rural models from 2006 until now, thanks to its leaders' guidances.

Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Mr. To Lam praised leaders and citizens of Vinh Phuc for its outcomes in developing economy, culture, society and new rural models.

He also agreed with targets and solutions proposed by Vinh Phuc province while asking Vinh Phuc's leaders at all level to strictly follow such movement in the time ahead.

Minister To Lam underscored that the Vinh Phuc Public Security Forces should advise leaders of Vinh Phuc in maintaining national security and its social order. Every action of the force must put the people's interest at the fore.

On this occasion, 12 collectives and 14 individuals were awarded certificates of Ministry of Public Security and Vinh Phuc People's Committee for its excellent contributions for the "All People Protect National Security Movement".
