Celebration of the 55th anniversary of FPF

HANOI - Fire and Rescue Police Department (FRPD) held a ceremony on September 30th to praise contributions of Fire Police generations.
On the occasion of 55th anniversary of Fire Police Force (FPF) and 15th anniversary of mass fire protection movement, Vietnam Fire and Rescue Police Department held a ceremony on September 30 to praise contributions of Fire Police generations and good role models.
At the ceremony, Major General Doan Viet Manh, General Director of FRPD announced some significant activities, contributing to enhance image of FPF following slogan "To sacrifice oneself for the country, serve the people".

He also affirmed that the great dedications of generations become a symbol for the Public Security Forces in general and for Fire and Rescue Police in particular.

"It's our pleasure to meet senior comrades of FPF, who fighted with fire since the US imperialism in Vietnam. Despite being old, they often propose ideas and solutions to contribute to the development of FPF", Mr. Manh underscored.
Major General Do Ngoc Can - Vice Director of General Political Department said: " I spent 38 years serving in FRPD. Currently I work in another environment but I'll never forget that I was a Fire Police".
Besides, the ceremony saw the participation of 63 good role models of 63 provinces and cities across the countries who made excellent achievement in fire prevention and emergency response act.
