Minister of Public Security compliments Lao Cai provincial department of public security.

On September 5th 2016, Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Member of Politburo and Minister of Public Security sent a letter of compliment to Lào Cai Provincial Department on their success in investigating and verifying  case of murder, robbery on August 9th 2016, in Phìn Ngan village, Trịnh Tường commune, Bát Xát district, Lào Cai province.

As written in the letter, thanks to their spirit of attacking and preventing crime, improving professional competence, sense of responsibility, effort, concentration of forces and means, synchronically using operational measures, gathering evidence, Lào Cai Police succeeded in investigating a murder of 4 and robbery on August 9th 2016, in Phìn Ngan village, Trịnh Tường commune, Bát Xát district, Lào Cai Province; arresred the suspect and seized exhibits of the crime.

This is a serious criminal case, causing negative public opinions, anxiety, annoyance among people. In a short period of time, the police forces closely coordinated, following the Conclusion No. 05-KL / TW dated 07/15/2016 of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat on promoting to implement the Instruction No. 48-CT / TW of the Politburo term X on strengthening the Party's leadership in response to crime in the new situation.

Their success has an important contribution in  maintaining social order and security, strengthening trust of the masses  towards the States and public security forces, effectively contributing to the local soci-economic development.

On behalf of the Central Party Committee of Ministry of Public Security, the Minister Tô Lâm warmly praised the excellent performance of the officers of the Lào Cai provincial police.
