Deputy Prime Minister meets Governor of Saint Petersburg
Deputy PM Trinh Dinh Dung on September 20 held a bilateral meeting with Governor of Saint Petersburg Poltavchenko Georgy Sergeevich during his working visit to Russia.

Currently, a number of enterprises from Saint Petersburg have expressed their interests in infrastructure projects, machine's manufacturing, agriculture and aquatic exports as well as other areas of culture and education in Viet Nam.

Deputy PM Dung praised the two nations’ Strategic Partnership in such fields as oil and gas, electricity, telecommunications, light industry and car assembly.
He proposed enhancing and consolidating the relationship between localities through delegation exchanges.
The Deputy PM supposed that effective cooperation between localities will help enhance the cooperation between Viet Nam and Russia, adding that Viet Nam will create best conditions for the two sides’ localities to boost up realistic and effective cooperation.
He suggested Mr. Poltavchenko Georgy Sergeevich facilitate Viet Nam’s businesses and commodities to penetrate in Saint Petersburg, in particular and Russia in general.
