The 12th Party Central Committee’s 11th session entered the fourth working day in Hanoi on October 10.

In the plenary session in the morning, the committee continued discussing the 2019 socio-economic and budget performance report, the socio-economic development plan and State budget estimate for 2020, and the financial –budgetary plan for 2020 – 2022.
Politburo member and National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan directed the meeting.
In the afternoon, delegates discussed in groups the draft report on Party building work and the implementation of the Party Statute.
