Hanoi fulfils all targets set for 2017

Hanoi has fulfilled all 20 socio-economic targets of 2017, with seven exceeding the set plan, said Hoang Trung Hai, Secretary of the municipal Party Committee.

“It is a must to draw lessons from political instability in Dong Tam commune, My Duc district, and determine responsibility for a number of build-transfer (BT) projects,” he said.
The official asked the city to further uphold capacity and responsibility of each individual in the political system, as well as the role played by Party organisations, all-level authorities and social organisations.
More efforts should be channeled into decentralisation in order to turn Hanoi into a city of integration and complete industrialisation and modernisation process, he said.
