PM Phuc arrives in Sydney for ASEAN-Australia Special Summit

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc arrived at Kingsford-Smith International Airport in Sydney on the morning of March 16 (local time) to attend the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his spouse were welcomed at Kingsford-Smith International Airport in Sydney. 

The PM and his entourage were met at the airport by Minister for Multiculturalism of New South Wales Ray Williams MP and several officials of the state, along with Vietnamese Consul General Trinh Duc Hai and officials of the Vietnamese Consulate General in Sydney.

PM Xuan Phuc is scheduled to meet with Premier of New South Wales Gladys Bereijiklian and the state’s Governor David Hurley AC DSC. He will also have working sessions with Australian financial investors and representatives of big groups of Australia, and attend the Vietnam-Australia Business Forum. 

The leader is set to attend a number of activities within the framework of the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit on March 17.
