Party members should represent good role models
As mentioned in the fourth plenum of the 12th Party Central Committee, Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong stressed that all member of the Party should focus on the Party's development, prevention of moral and political mind breakdown.

Mr. Pham Thai Ngoc, a young Party member of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment stated that Party members should improve themselves from the very start, should be transparent in many aspects. Citizens will see many good role models and build their trust in the Party.
Discussing abour the Party role in enterprises, Ms. Mai Kieu Lien, General Director of Vinamilk shared that human factors should be put to the fore. They should have ability to deal with many different issues, creating a fair work environment and growth company.
According to Mr. Dinh Cong Ty, a retired Colonel said that leaders should show their qualification, talk less and do more.
