President Quang also spoke in positive terms about the agreement on specific measures to strengthen cooperation in law enforcement and national security safeguard reached by the two side.

The head of state urged both sides to ensure cooperation towards negotiating and signing agreements on mutual legal assistance, criminal extradition, and transfer of convicted prisoners, which will facilitate their future legal cooperation in the context of increasing criminal crimes.
President Quang also called for broader cooperation in other fields like security-defence, science-technology, education, health, culture, tourism and labour, and boost bonds between their localities.
The two sides need to create a breakthrough in their economic and trade ties, aiming to lift two-way trade to more than US$500 million, he added.
On this occasion, Vietnamese president has asked Belarusian State Security Committee Chairman Valery Pavlovich Vakulchik to deliver his invitation to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko to visit Vietnam next year.
On his part, Pavlovich Vakulchik appreciated the great cooperation between Belarus's law enforcement agencies and the Vietnam Ministry of Public Security which, he emphasized, has contributed to increasing the traditional bilateral relations.
He told Vietnamese President that the State Security Committee of Belarus has established cooperation with a number of ministries and authorities of Vietnam, adding that his nation is seeking to form joint ventures specializing in assembling trucks and manufacturing automobile tires in Vietnam.
He also mentioned the desire of his country in importing pharmaceutical products from Vietnam.
President Alexander Lukashenko expects to welcome Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang to Belarus in the time to come, he said while stating that Belarus is keen to beef up win-win cooperation with the Southeast Asian nation.PSN/VNA
