Senior public security, defense officers receive General rank

Speaking at the ceremony, Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong congratulated the new Generals, saying the promotion is the honor of their own and families and the whole Public Security and Army Forces; shows the trust of the Party, State and people to the armed force as well as the recognition of important contributions of General To Lam and General Luong Cuong to the construction and development of the army and the public security force as well as the nation building and defense.
