US Navy crew members of the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier had a great time when they joined art performances, played basketball, and made handicraft products with children suffering from the effects of Agent Orange in Da Nang City on the morning of March 7.

The US Navy Seventh Fleet Band of the USS Carl Vinson hold an exchange with AO children at the social sponsorship centre for AO victims and disadvantaged children in Hoa Vang district, Da Nang. Its members sing Vietnamese and English songs with the AO children.

US Ambassador to Vietnam Daniel Kritenbrink says the visit is one of the marvelous things that the US brings to Vietnam.

Children at the centre present art performances featuring Vietnamese characters.

AO children show their keen interest in the art performances by the US Navy Seventh Fleet Band.
