Vietnam-India people’s friendship festival opens in Hanoi

The 8th Vietnam-India people’s friendship festival officially kicked off in Hanoi in the morning of December 3.

This festival was among the sequence of activities on the occassion of the 45th Vietnam-India diplomatic relation anniversary, 10th Strategic Partnership and 35th Vietnam-India Friendship Association.

The art program in the festival

The Indian delegates will engage in abundant and meaningful activities during this festival from 2 to 8 December and organized by the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organization, the Vietnam-India Friendship Association and the All India Peace and Solidarity Organization.

In Hanoi, the Indian delegation will pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, visit the Birla Children’s Village and Presidential Palace.

The delegates are planned to tour Cantho, pay a courtesy visit to the municipal leaders and go on trips to the Cai Rang floating market, the My Khanh tourist site and the Truc Lam Zen Monastery.

The Indian delegates will make a greeting etiquette to the municipal leader and visit the Ben Thanh market in Ho Chi Minh city.
