11th People's Public Security Arts Festival of Region 3 opens in Nam Dinh
The Ministry of Public Security on June 2 held a ceremony at the Culture, Cinema and Exhibition Center of Nam Dinh Province to open the 11th People's Public Security Arts Festival of Region 3.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered an opening speech at the ceremony.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh emphasized that the festival is a meaningful activity to celebrate the 130th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, the 75th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Independence Day (September 2), the 75th Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces and the 15th “All People Protect National Security” Festive Day as well as to welcome the organization of Party congresses at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress.
The festival, themed “75 Years of Faith”, saw the participation of nearly 88 art troupes from public security units, agencies and schools of Region 3.
The arts festival of Region 3 is held from June 2 to 5 with the participation of 500 officers and soldiers from 15 different public security art troupes.
Earlier, the public security agencies and units of Region 2 took place successfully in Son La from May 27 to 30. The next festivals of other regions will be held later in June.
