300 thermal imagining cameras offered to local fire police force

PSNews - Samsung Vietnam offered 300 IGNIS thermal imagining cameras to the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Vietnam.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son hopes recipients units will use the new equipment effectively. 

The donation ceremony was held on April 26 in Hanoi in the presence of Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Mr. Choi Joo Ho, general director of Samsung Vietnam.

The fire police force of Vietnam has just been equipped with 40 cameras of this type. The batch of the 300 additional thermal imagining cameras offered by Samsung, worth more than 4.5 billion Dongs (some 193,000 USD), is in line with the laws of Vietnam and very helpful to the local fire-fighting police.

On behalf of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son, thanked Samsung Vietnam for the donation.

The 300 cameras will contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of fire prevention and fighting.

Deputy Minister Son also asked the recipient units, which are fire police sub-departments of 11 cities and provinces nationwide, including Hanoi, HCM City, Hai Phong, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Da Nang and Can Tho, to use the devices effectively.
