A man arrested for transport 22.000 synthetic drug pills from Laos to Vietnam

September 10, The police Department for Investigation of Drug-related crimes under the Quang Binh Police arrested 3 men for illegal transporting drugs, seized a large quantity of 6000 synthetic drug pills and other exhibits related to the purchase, sale, and transportation of drugs. 

At 21pm on September 10, at the Ho Chi Minh trail, near the ranger station Khe Sen, 1 village, Xuan Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh police force arrested Dinh Dai Thang (35, residing at Hoa Hop commune, Minh Hoa district, Quang Binh province) was hiding 2 wrapped black nylon packages on his body, there was 29 small blue nylon packages inside, containing 5,818 tablets denoted WY.

Thang testified that the pills are pink drug pills.

A short time later, the Quang Binh Police also arrested two more subjects Nguyen Duy Quang (37 years old, residing in Ward 1, Dong Ha City, Quang Tri) and Truong Thi Lam (41 years old, residing in Cu Nam, Bo Trach, Quang Binh).

According to the police, from August 11, Dinh Dai Thang has successfully shipped some 16,000 drug pills from Laos to Vietnam for consumption in the central provinces.

All three men were being questioned by investigators. 

It is the largest drug trafficking case, so far, in Quang Binh Province.

After establishing the specialized case from August 26, Quang Binh Police has quickly used professional methods to solve the case.
