“All people unite in building cultural life” movement in Hai Duong obtains positive results

PSNews - The Interdisciplinary Inspection Team No. 3 of the Central Steering Committee for the “All people unite in building the cultural life” movement led by Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, inspected the implementation of the movement in Hai Duong province on November 25.

Over the past time, the Hai Duong provincial authorities have strictly followed the instructions of the Government and the Party Central Committee on the implementation of the movement and achieved the targets assigned by the Prime Minister. Accordingly, the number of families, villages, residential areas, agencies, units, and enterprises across the province meeting the cultural standards reached 90%, while physical training and sports activities drew the participation of numerous people.

Additionally, the movements of "good people and good deeds" and typical examples were widely spread. Security protection movements at residential areas and offices were also promoted and saw positive developments, contributing to the “All people protect national security” movement.

As a result of the “All people unite in building cultural life” movement in couple with the national target program on building new-style rural areas, 91.57% of the communes (163/178) in Hai Duong have been recognized as “new-style rural models”.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To praised the achievements of the Party committees, authorities and people of Hai Duong province in implementing the “All people unite in building cultural life” movement.

The Deputy Minister emphasized that Hai Duong province should strive to overcome the difficulties and shortcomings to further spread the movement in the coming time. In addition, it should use various forms and methods, and easy-to-understand contents to disseminate the movement to more people. Meanwhile, typical examples in the movement should be promptly honored and popularized.
