Binh Dinh police organize Party Congress for 2020-25 term

Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security (MPS) attended and delivered a speech at the 14th Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term of the Binh Dinh provincial police on July 30.

According to the political report at the congress, during the term of 2015-2020, the Standing Board of the Binh Dinh Provincial Police Party Committee effectively realized the Resolution of the 13rd Party Congress of the provincial police Party organization.

Congress elects the new Executive Committee of the Can Tho municipal police Party organization for the term of 2020-2025.

Under the leadership of the Party organization, the provincial police decreased the criminal offense rate by 41.38% while the successfully investigating over 79% of the criminal cases.

The local police also expanded the movement "All people protect national security" across the province and mobilized a large number of the local people to participate in maintaining local security and social order.

Speaking at the congress, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang noted that, in the coming time, the People's Public Security Forces in general and the Binh Dinh Provincial Police Department will face new difficulties and challenges, requiring the BinhDinh provincial police Party organization to make more efforts, have the highest level of determination and high sense of responsibility so as to overcome all difficulties and challenges and fulfill all assigned tasks.

He also asked the Binh Dinh provincial police Party organization to concretize the guidelines of the Party Central Committee, the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee and the Public Security Central Party Committee on ensuring security, social order and safety, and force building in its Resolution for the term 2020-2025.
