At the signing ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Van Noi, Deputy Director of the Can Tho Municipal Police Department signed the cooperation deal with Power Transmission Company No.4’s representatives.

The Can Tho Municipal Police Department on January 3 signed a set of cooperation regulations with Power Transmission Company No.4 on ensuring the safety of the high-voltage power grids of the city.

The set of cooperation regulations stipulates the principles, contents and responsibilities of coordination between the two units in ensuring security and safety for the high-voltage power grids of 200kV and 500kV in Can Tho city.

At the signing ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Van Noi, Deputy Director of the Can Tho Municipal Police Department signed the cooperation deal with Power Transmission Company No.4’s representatives.

Over the past time, the police and power sectors have regularly directed their subordinate units to coordinate with the localities, where the power lines running through, in regularly carrying out public education dissemination, in an effort to raise local people’s awareness of electrical safety.
