Chuong My District Police issuing ID cards to people at their places

PSNews - Over the past time, officers and soldiers of the Chuong My District (Hanoi) Police have actively innovated and reformed administrative procedures, making them more convenient for people. 

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Tri Dung, Chief of the Chuong My District Police said, every week, the Administrative Management Police Section on Social Order of the District Police collaborates with a high school or a commune to issue identity cards to students and other qualified citizens.

This activity is part of their effort to reform the administration in order to reduce time of travelling for people, contributing to improve the efficiency of the State management of the agency.

At that time, the working team worked with Chuong My A high school to issue identity cards.

Police asking student several question to complete the ID form

Mr. Nguyen Hong Quang, Headmaster of Chuong My A High School said, the school has coordinated with the District Police in making and issuing ID cards to the school’s students for many years. All procedures are organized and conducted quickly inside the school to save travel time and costs for students, contributing to their good school records.

Second Lieutenant Vu Thanh Hai, officer of the Administrative Management Police Section on Social Order said that they meet difficulties from time to time but local police try their best to guide people to finish all procedures for ID card issuance.

Students are filling their ID forms

Captain Nguyen Ngoc Linh, Deputy Chief of the Chuong My District Police’s  Administrative Management Police Section on Social Order said, thanks to modern equipment and technique, the work of issuing ID cards is processed quickly.

Linh also revealed that a working team can make and issue ID cards to 350 people.

After roughly 30 minutes, the ID card is finally issued.
Starting from going to localities every month to issue ID cards to policy beneficial families, now the work has become a weekly routine activity of the Chuong My District Police, helping a majority of the local people in the district have their ID cards at their places. This is a meaningful activity to improve the image of public security officers “To serve the Fatherland and people regardless of their lives.”
