The event saw the presence of Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong, Member of the Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong acknowledged and applauded the efforts and achievements of the Party organization as well as officers and soldiers of the Department in the last term.
Deputy Minister Vuong asked the Party organization of the Department to continue to grasp thoroughly directives, resolutions and guidelines of the Party Central Committee, Public Security Central Party Committee on ensuring national security and social order and building the police force. Particularly, it should seriously implement Resolution No. 51-NQ / TW on “National security protection strategy” according to the functions and duties of the criminal police force.

Deputy Minister Vuong highlighted that the Party Committee of the Department should strictly follow the laws on the criminal procedures, improve the quality of investigation of criminal cases, avoiding injustice or wrongdoings in investigation.
The Criminal Police Department’s Party Committee should also attach special importance to Party building and force building so as to build a clean and strong Party organization of the Criminal Police Department.
