Dak Nong Provincial Police Department praised for outstanding achievements

The Provincial Police Department of Dak Nong on December 12 organized a conference to review their working results in 2020 and roll out new plans for 2021.

The event saw the presence of Deputy Minister of Public Security Major General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Dak Nong. 

Senior Colonel Ho Van Muoi, Director of the Provincial Police Department, briefed the participants in the event on key outcomes of the 76th National Public Security Conference and major contents of the Conference of the Provincial Police Force. 

Colonel Nay Gia Phu, Vice Director of the Provincial Police Department, delivered a report on major activities and achievements gained by the provincial police over the past year. Notably, the police force of Dak Nong managed to prevent and curb crimes and social evils. Criminal offences declined by 5.27% while 91% of the criminal cases was successfully investigated and 100% of the serious cases was investigated and solved.
Under the authority of the State President, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc presented the third-class “Feat of Arms” Order to the Investigation Police Agency under the Provincial Police Department.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung applauded the achievements gained by the Provincial Police Force in 2020. 

Regarding their tasks in 2021, the provincial police were asked to well perform Party and force building work, advise the local Party committees and authorities on prevention and combat of crimes, contributing to ensuring security and order, and facilitating socio-economic development in the locality. 

On this occasion, under the authority of the State President, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc presented the third-class “Feat of Arms” Order to the Investigation Police Agency under the Provincial Police Department, a second-class “Feat of Arms” Order and a third-class “Feat of Arms” Order to 2 officers. 

Various officers and units of the provincial police were also honored at the event.
