Decision on early conditional release of Xuan Nguyen Prison announced
PSNews – Xuan Nguyen Prison on August 6 organized a ceremony to announce a decision on early conditional release of 39 prisoners at the prison.

Xuan Nguyen Prison is a unit under the Police Department of Criminal Verdict Execution and Judicial Assistant (G.D 8), Ministry of Public Security, based in Hai Phong.
The ceremony saw the presence of Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Long, Vice Head of the Department of Execution of Criminal Judgments and Judicial Support, and representatives from relevant organizations and agencies of Hai Phong.
Under the directions of the G.D 8 on early conditional release, Xuan Nguyen Prison had earlier completed documents and scrutinized every case of early conditional release.
This year, 39 prisoners serving their sentences at Xuan Nguyen Prison will be released under the decision of the Municipal Court of Hai Phong.
Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Long, and Senior Colonel LeuQuangHoa, Chief Warden of Xuan Nguyen Prison highlighted that this clemency policy of the State is seen as a privilege for prisoners – a new beginning of the goods.
They also encouraged the newly-released prisoners to strictly abide by the laws, local regulations and strive to do good to their families and become good citizens in society.
The prisoners who were not on the list were also asked to continue to strictly follow the regulations of the prison and strive to work and study at prison to soon enjoy the clemency policy of the State.
