Department of Science, Strategy and History of Public Security Forces reviews task performance
PSNews - The Department of Science, Strategy and History of Public Security Forces (DSSH) held a meeting on July 24 to review its performance of tasks in the first quarter of 2019.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered a keynote speech.
According to reports at the conference, the Department has led other agencies and units in conducting scientific research projects of urgent requirements, contributing to concertizing the views, guidelines of the Party and laws of the State on security and order, and perfecting the theory on the Public Security Forces.

The Department has well maintained and reached large achievements in studying, compiling and publishing scientific research projects; as a result, all publications issued by the Department are at a high quality and have drawn much attention from readers and the scientific circle.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh asked the Department to carefully discuss strengths, weaknesses and obstacles in scientific research of the Public Security Forces.

Regarding the future tasks, he suggested that the Department should focus on the quality and applicability of scientific research projects, ensuring that each research project contributes certain theoretical or/and practical values for the work of the Public Security Forces.
Deputy Minister Thanh also urged the Department to expand cooperation with international and domestic partners to fulfill all given tasks in the last 6 months of 2019.
