Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam attends plan deployment conference of Ha Tinh police
Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended conference to review the task performances of the Ha Tinh police in 2020 and deploy their working plan for 2021 on December 26.

In 2020, the Ha Tinh provincial police safeguarded the congresses of Party organizations at all levels in the province and the 14th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020 – 2025 term. They successfully organized the 14th Provincial Police Party Congress for the 2020 – 2025term.
Amid the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic, the police of Ha Tinh province mobilized all forces to protect security and safety for quarantine zones while strictly handling cases violating public order and security and regulations of pandemic prevention and control in the province.
Over the past time, the Ha Tinh police launched nine intensive campaigns to suppress crimes of all kinds, destroyed 19 criminal groups with 171 people involved in property appropriation, fraud, and theft.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam asked the Ha Tinh police to maintain political stability of the province while maintaining public order and security during the upcoming 13th National Party Congress.
They should also effectively fight against drug-related crime, black credit, hi-tech crime as well as promote their State management over foreigners’ residence in the locality.
At the event, under the authority of the State President, Deputy Minister Nam awarded the Third-class “Feat of Arms” Order to the Criminal Police Division and the Investigation Police Agency’s Office under the Ha Tinh Provincial Police Department.
