Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam checks security protection at National Party Congress’s venue

Deputy Minister of Public Security, Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Head of the Subcommittee on Security (Security Subcommittee) for the 13th National Party Congress led a mission on January 27 to inspect the forces, vehicles and equipment deployed at the National Convention Center to ensure security for the 13th National Congress .

The Deputy Minister took a tour around the congress’s venue before the working session started. He inquired after the health of the security officers and soldiers, and gave directions for security protection work in the coming days.

Deputy Minister Nam also passed the praise of Minister of Public Security To Lam to the security forces for their efforts to ensure safety and order over the past two days at the National Party Congress.

The joint forces from the Mobile Police High Command, the Security Guard High Command and the Municipal Police Department of Hanoi have seriously been implementing the plans to ensure security and order, traffic order and safety and fire prevention and fighting since the opening of the Congress.

Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam also asked all relevant forces to thoroughly grasp the situations and seriously execute security plans.

The mobile police and Hanoi police should coordinate together to enhance patrols and strengthen coordination with other relevant forces to ensure security and order for the congress. They should effectively carry out plans to convoy delegations, ensure traffic order and fire prevention and fighting, making contribution to the success of the 13th National Party Congress.

He also asked the Public Security press agencies to effectively and faithfully reflect the activities and efforts of the Public Security Forces during the congress.
