Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Head of the Subcommittee on Security (Security Subcommittee) for the 13th National Party Congress led a mission to inspect the deployment of forces, vehicles and equipment to ensure security for the 13th National Party Congress at the National Convention Center on January 23.

The deputy minister also inspected the force deployment of the Mobile Police Command, the Hanoi police and relevant units.
