Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung checks task performance of Hai Duong police

As reported by the local police leaders, the police forces of Hai Duong have effectively implemented various plans to crack down on crimes. The Hai Duong police forces also took steps to ensure security and protect the Party congresses at all local levels as well as important political events, visits of Party and State leaders and international events in the province.

Notably, the rate of criminal offences declined by 6.2% while the rate of the successfully investigated criminal cases was high. The 87.4% and 95.4%.  of the serious cases and extremely serious cases were resolved respectively. They also investigated 148 cases and arrested 193 people involving in “black credit”, and destroyed 8 large criminal gangs and 21 small newly-emerged ones.

The provincial police forces also gained achievements in administrative management of social order, fire prevention and fighting, and criminal judgment execution and judicial assistance.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung and Standing Vice Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu appreciated the efforts and achievements made by the provincial police forces in 2020.

He asked the police of Hai Duong to accelerate the progress of renovation and construction of detainment facilities in the province, pay more attention to the living and working conditions of the police officers, especially the communal police force.

On the same day, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung and his delegation visited and worked with leaders, officers and workers at the provincial  prison.
