At the working sessions, leaders of the Bac Ninh provincial police briefed Deputy Minister Le Tan Toi and other delegates on their task performances in general, and the work of telecommunications and cypher services, information technology application, security guarding, and foreign affairs in the locality.

They also pointed out the difficulties and challenges in performing assigned duties as well as suggested approaches to address the challenges in the coming time.

Over the past time, the police forces of Bac Ninh province have focused on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the investigation and handling of cases, particularly the complicated ones causing public concern.

The Bac Ninh Provincial Police has focused on fighting hi-tech crimes, criminal gangs, and online gambling. Therefore, the security and social order situation in the locality has remained stable. Further, both traffic accidents and traffic casualties have been controlled.

In addition, the Bac Ninh Provincial Police have maintained security and safety for their communication and cipher networks, as well as information security. The police forces maintained the telecommunications service, enhanced information technology application, and promoting foreign affairs, reaching their set objectives.

On behalf of the Ministry of Public Secuirty’ leaders, Deputy Minister Le Tan Toi acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police over the past time.

The deputy minister noted that the fast development of science and technology requires the People's Public Security Forces to increase the application of scientific and technological achievements to work.

Therefore, the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department should get support from the local Party committees and authorities while utilizing local resources to develop its logistic and technical capabilities, and increase information technology application.
