PSNews - On September 18-19, a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by Major General Le Tan Toi, Deputy Minister of Public Security had a working session with the Dong Van and the Meo Vac district police departments.

At the meeting, representatives of the Dong Van and the Meo Vac district police departments briefed delegates on its work of ensuring security and social order over the past 8 months. Accordingly, the security order of Dong Van and Meo Vac has been maintained along with stabilizing territorial sovereignty at the border.
Meanwhile, they also well controled the COVID-19 pandemic in the local as well as achieved positive results of Party building and force building. Discipline, manners, style of work of officers were strengthened.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Le Tan Toi spoke highly of the Dong Van and the Meo Vac district police department. He urged the two district police departments to adhere to the local economic, social, defense and security development tasks. Particularly, the unit should clearly comprehend that its highest political responsibility is to protect security, order in the locality and peaceful life for locals.
On this occasion, Deputy Minister Le Tan Toi visited and presented gifts to the Lung Cu Commune Police Department and the Lung Cu border post, hoping that they will continuously well coordinate to successfully carry-out the missions of upholding the sovereignty of border security and ensuring social order and safety in the North Pole border of the country.
