Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son on March 15 led a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security inspected the production of three-layer antibacterial facemasks at the 19/5 Company under the Department of Security Industry.

At the working session, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son urged the Ministry of Public Security’s functional units to urgently devise detailed plans on the distribution of masks and other necessary equipment to all public security agencies and units, creating favorable conditions for the them to fulfill their assigned tasks.
Earlier the same day, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son chaired a video conference to instruct public security officers at all levels to prevent COVID-19.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son affirmed that the Public Security Forces along with the whole country have achieved remarkable results in the first phase of COVID-19 prevention and control. However, the COVID-19 situation has become more complicated developments over the past time.
Therefore, the Public Security Forces should be more active in the disease prevention and control in the coming time.
