PSNews - Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security, on January 14 led a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) to work with the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department on logistics, finance and technical services.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security, on January 14 led a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) to work with the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department on logistics, finance and technical services.

At the meeting, leader of the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department briefed the Deputy Minister on its tasks' performance in recent times, stressing that the Hai Phong Police has made a big success in the fight against crimes, law violations.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son asked the municipal police to coordinate with functional agencies under the MPS to prioritize resources for necessary and urgent tasks as well as police forces at grassroots levels.

Hoa Phuong 1- firefighting and rescue ship.

On the same day, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son and the MPS delegation attended the launching ceremony of the Hoa Phuong 1 ship.

This is a newly built ship with modern technical equipment and advanced technology, specializing in firefighting and rescue activities on rivers and at sea.
