Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh visits martyrs’ families and former leaders of Dak Lak Police

PSNews -  During his working visit in Tay Nguyen, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security visited families of martyrs and former leaders of the Dak Lak Provincial Police Department on December 12.

On behalf of the Party Central Committee of Public Security and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh highly appreciated contributions of former leaders of the Dak Lak Provincial Police in the revolutionary cause of the country in general as well as to the development of the Public Security Forces in particular. 

He also wished former leaders of the Dak Lak Provincial Police good health and presented gifts to them.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh hoped that, in the coming time, they will continuously educate and encourage their offspring to promote the glorious tradition of the province and contribute to protecting national security, social order and building clean and strong Public Security Forces.

General Thanh also visited families and offered incenses to two martyrs of the Environment Police Division under the Dak Lak Provincial Police Department, namely Senior Lieutenant Y QuyetKrong and Major Ngo Quang Cuong. The two officers died in an accident at the headquarters of the Dak Lak Provincial Police on the night of December 12, 2017.

He extended best regards to relatives of the two martyrs and expressed sincere gratitude to fallen police officers who laid down themselves, while performing their duties, for the peaceful life and happiness of the people. He hoped that their relatives will overcome the losses and difficulties, keep striving for a better life, and continue contributing to development of the country.
