Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quy Vuong receives Czech delegation

HANOI - On September 20, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong, Deputy Minister of Public Security, received the delegation of the Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs of the Czech Republic, leading by its chairman –Senate Miroslav Antl, who is visiting Vietnam from September 18-25.
In the reception in Ha Noi yesterday, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong emphasized, in the current globalization context, Vietnam and the Czech Republic should continue to strengthen the exchange of information and experience on the trend of criminal offenses such as terrorism, transnational crime, drug crime and high-tech crime;

Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong also proposed the two sides to push forward the negotiation and signing of agreements on cooperation in crime prevention and the agreement on transfer of sentenced persons.
Mr Miroslav Antl affirmed that while Viet Nam and Czech Republic relations have been positively developed, this visit contributes to actualize common agreements of the Ministry of Public Security of Viet Nam and the law enforcing agencies of the Czech Republic on legislation, legal assistance and crime prevention and management.
