Deputy Minister of Public Security meets former T4 officers
PSNews-Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Deputy Minister of Public Security received a delegation of former security and intelligence officers of the Sai Gon-Gia Dinh Sub-zone (T4) in the Ministry of Public Security Headquarters on the occasion of their visit to Hanoi and other places in the North.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Nam expressed his delight to receive the delegation, and showed his gratitude to the former officers for their contributions to the final victory of the heroic struggle for national independence.
He stressed that the achievements and feats of arm of T4 security and intelligence officers in the past, which have been recognized by the Party and State by conferring many noble awards on them, have colored the heroic pages of the Public Security forces and serve as , valuable lessons and experiences for the following generations of the force.
After briefing the former T4 security officers on significant activities of the entire public security forces, Deputy Minister Nam stated that, under the leadership of the Party and State and the support of the people, in recent years, the police has successfully completed their core tasks of protecting national security, maintaining social order, safety and peace, contributing significantly to the cause of socio-economic development of the country.
On this occasion, Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam extended best wishes and present the Ministry of Public Security's gifts to former security and intelligence officers of T4, and hoped to welcome the delegation again in the future.
