Dien Bien Traffic Police help local people harvest rice crops

PSNews-The Dien Bien Provincial Traffic Police Office has carried out various effective activities and measures to hail the movement “Building on the Policemen’s manners of bravery, humanity and devotedness to the people”.

On May 13, when the brazing sun of summer started burning the ground, the Traffic Police of Dien Bien Province and Tuan Giao district (Dien Bien) deployed tens of officers to help local people in Loi village, Quai To commune, Tuan Giao district harvest their rice crops.

Particularly, the Tuan Giao Traffic Police helped veteran Luong Van Mang, resident of Lo village, Quai To commune, harvest his 1,400m2 paddy rice crop.

In addition to educating and training the Dien Bien police officers in building close and friendly manners; voluntary activities like the above mentioned drive also have practical meaning, paying tribute to local heroes, patriotic martyrs and people who have contributed their youth to the struggles for national independence in the past, particularly when the 70th Day for the War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27) is coming.
