Emulation Grouping 2 reviews “For Fatherland’s Security” movement
PSNews – Emulation Grouping 2 under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on July 6 organized a conference to review the movement of “For Fatherland’s Security” in the first 6 months of 2018.

Emulation Grouping 2’s members include the Under-Ministerial Department of Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue (Head unit of the Group); Department of Planning and Investment; Department of Cyber Security; Department of Traffic Police; Department of Cipher; and the Command of Mobile Police.
According to reports at the conference, all units under Emulation Grouping 2 strictly followed and implemented all directions of the MPS on ensuring security and order, force building, logistics and techniques, as well as actively advised the MPS on various policies and solutions related to professional operations.
For their achievements gained, individuals and teams of the units under the Emulation Grouping were honored with noble awards by the Party and the State. Particularly, the Command of Mobile Police was honored with a “Fatherland Protection” Order of third class by the State; a police officer of the Department of Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police was awarded a certificate of merit by the Prime Minister.
Speaking at the event, Major Doan Viet Manh, Director of the Department of Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue, urged all units under the Emulation Grouping to overcome all difficulties and fulfill all assigned tasks. He also asked all units to well organize activities to mark the 71st Day of the Vietnamese Martyrs and Wounded Soldiers (July 27).
