Fire and Rescue Police Department receives noble order

PSNews - The Fire and Rescue Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security launched the movement “Building-up of the brave, humane and devoted people’s police force’s virtues” on March 6. At the event, the unit received the 3rd-class Feast-of-Arms Order for their firefighting and rescue deeds over the past time.

Addressing the event, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Bui Van Thanh urged leaders of the department to direct their sub-divisions to seriously examine, detect, and assess existing weaknesses in the political realm, responsibility, morality, manners and lifestyle of its troops.
He stressed that the outcomes of the implementation of the movement this time should be among the criteria to evaluate and classify emulation titles for individuals and teams. The Deputy Minister also asked the department to organize more fora and talks as such and promptly praise individuals for their outstanding achievements in the movement.
Authorized by the State President, Deputy Minister Bui Van Thanh handed over the noble order to the department and other certificates of merit and emulation flags to the department’s outstanding individuals and teams.
