First officers of 198 Hospital get jabs with AstraZeneca vaccine

72 first officers, doctors and medical staff of the 198 Hospital under the Ministry of Public Security have been injected with AstraZeneca vaccine by April 7.

The hospital was assigned to carry out a vaccination program for officer and soldiers of units under the Ministry of Public Security based in Hanoi and the Municipal Police Department of Hanoi.
In the first phase of the program, 150 doctors and medical workers of the hospital will get vaccine jabs and they will inject other public security officers and soldiers in Hanoi later.Senior Colonel Hoang Thanh Tuyen, Director of the 198 Hospital, said the hospital has formed vaccination teams and held training sessions for them on COVID-19 vaccination.
2 days after the vaccine injection, all of the 72 injected officers and doctors are in a good health condition, and no side effects have been detected.
After finishing the vaccination for its officers and doctors, the hospital will officially conduct a vaccination program for officers and soldiers of other units under the Ministry based in Hanoi.
