Forces join rescue drill at recreation site in Da Nang

PSNews – The Sub-Division of Fire Fighting and Rescue under the Da Nang Municipal Police Department recently held a firefighting and rescue drill on a 40 meters-high place in Da Nang Asia Park.

During the drill, the local forces deployed teams and means to safely rescue victims stuck at an altitude of 40 meters.
The drill aimed at assessing the local forces’ ability to carry out rescue and handle incident situations, as well as at enhancing coordination among forces.

Via the drill, the firefighting police also check the operational quality of rescue means and tools of the park.
Moreover, the drill created opportunities for rescue teams at amusement and entertainment areas to follow the 4 on-the-spot motto and be ready and active in rescuing victims, contributing to ensuring security in the city.
