G.D 4 honors outstanding individuals in APEC 2017

PSNews–The General Department of Logistics and Techniques (G.D 4) under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) organized a meeting on November 29 to honor logistics and techniques forces participating in the APEC Year 2017.

Lieutenant General Le Van Minh, Director of the G.D 4 chaired the meeting.
During the APEC Year 2017, the G.D 4 proactively promoted coordination with other forces; seriously implemented the directions from the MPS in carrying out logistic and technical plans, contributing to ensuring security and order for the APEC Summit Week 2017.
Lieutenant General Le Van Minh warmly praised the achievements obtained by all officers and soldiers of the G.D 4 in ensuring security and safety of the whole APEC Year 2017.
On this occasion, 251 individuals with outstanding achievements in healthcare, security and order during the APEC 2017 and APEC Summit Week were honored with Certificates of Merit issued by the General Department.
