PSNews – The Ha Nam Provincial Police on January 12 held a dialogue with local residents on administrative procedures and related issues, with a view to facilitate administrative activities at police offices of local organizations and people.

Participants of the dialogue raised various questions related to current administrative procedures, including issuance of ID cards, certificates of competence in fire prevention and fighting, permits for transportation of industrial explosive materials and support instruments, traffic means registration and passports.
The dialogue was a good opportunity for the provincial police leadership to listen to and resolve issues of the people related to administrative procedures.
Via people’s opinions, provincial police officers should review and readjust their manners and attitudes when receiving and working with local people.
Police officers dealing with civil administration should also upgrade their equipment, overcome all shortcomings and improve the quality of their work in civil services and administrative procedures, contributing to further promoting the movement of “Building on the police officer’s manners of bravery, humanity and devotedness to the people.”By Duy Tien
