Hai Phong Police help to remove oil leak on National Highway
PSNews-Driver Khong Minh Hoa (40, resident of Kien An district) was driving his rescue trunk, with registered number 15C-161.39 to tow a car with its burnt cabin from Dinh Vu Port to So Dau ward on the evening of December 26.

The fuel tank of the damaged vehicle was leaking on the way, resulting in a 1km-long streak line of oil. The leaked oil caused troubles to many motorcycles running on the road.
The incident was then reported to police units, including the Traffic Police under the Hong Bang District Police and Traffic Police Team No.3 (Division PC67). The police units immediately assigned its officers and soldiers to stop the oil-leaking vehicle and took injured people to hospital.

Police teams in the scene also directed traffic users to avoid the leaked oil trail and quickly cooperated with the Hong Bang Urban Environmental Company to clean the oil line.
By 9pm, the oil spill was cleaned up and the traffic returned to normal.
Thanks to the police’s efforts, nobody was severely injured in the incident.
The police units then seized the two vehicles for investigation. The timely and effective response to the incident of the local police received high appreciation from local people.
