Hai Phong Traffic Police present gifts to children in Social Support Center

• Vice State President visits children with cancer at K Hospital
• Floating classroom helps children in fishing village integrate into community
• People run to donate for disadvantaged children

The center was established in 1992 to take care of orphans, homeless and disabled children.

The center is now home to 60 children. It follows a family-like model, which makes the children feel as they have a real family.

On the occasion of the International Children’s Day, officers and soldiers from the Traffic Office under the Police Station of Hong Bang district donated their one-day salary to buy gifts for the children. The gifts include milk, rice, cooking oil and other necessities.

Earlier this year, on the occasion of the Traditional New Year, the Traffic Police of Hong Bang also visited and presented gifts to children at the Hoa Phuong Social Support Center.
