Hanoi Municipal Police review cooperation with health sector

The Hanoi Municipal Police Department organized a meeting on October 22 to review 5 years implementing Cooperation Regulation 01 on ensuring security and order in health sector and sign a new cooperation deal with the Hanoi Municipal Department of Health and other health centers in the city.

The event saw the presence of Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Lieutenant General Doan Duy Khuong, Director of Hanoi Municipal Police; representatives from the Ministry of Public Security and Hanoi Municipal Police Department; and Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Truong Son and representatives from the Municipal Health Department of Hanoi and local health centers.

At the meeting, Lieutenant General Doan Duy Khuong and leaders from the Department of Health and other health centers of Hanoi signed the new Cooperation Regulation on ensuring security and order in the health sector.

The two Deputy Ministers recognized and appreciated the outcomes of the cooperation over the past years between the Municipal Police and Health Departments.

Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang also pointed out various shortcomings in implementing the past cooperation deal and asked leaders of the two parties to make their subordinates well comprehend the importance of cooperation in ensuring national security and social order and safety in general and ensuring security and order in the health sector in particular.

On this occasion, various individuals and groups were honored by the Municipal People’s Committee, Municipal Police and Health Departments for their achievements in implementing the cooperation regulation in the past 5 years.
