Logistic and Techniques of MPS organizes seminar on 70th
PSNews – The General Department of Logistics and Techniques (G.D 4) under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on January 24 organized a seminar themed “Logistics and Techniques of Public Security Forces: 70 years of construction and development.”

Lieutenant General Bui Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and made a keynote speech at the seminar. Lieutenant General Le Van Minh, Director of G.D 4 chaired the seminar.
Participants in the seminar delivered presentations, speeches and opinions to highlight the importance, role and achievements of the logistics and techniques sector of the public security forces over the past 70 years as well as made recommendations to further enhance the quality and effectiveness of work related to the logistics and techniques sector in the time to come.
Deputy Minister Bui Van Thanh underscored that the Party, State and leaders of the MPS have attached much importance to the logistics and techniques sector. He also spoke highly of the sector’s contributions and achievements in the past time.

Deputy Minister Thanh emphasized that the current complex globalization and international integration process has posed various difficulties and challenges to the tasks of ensuring security and order as well as the logistics and techniques work.
On this occasion, the General Department of Logistics and Techniques honored and awarded certificates of merit to 6 groups and 11 individuals who won the Contest on the 70th Traditional Day of the Logistics and Techniques of Public Security (January 25, 1948-2018).
