MPS has new deputy minister

Ministry of Public Security (MPS), on May 21, held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister’s decision on the appointment of Major General Tran Quoc To as Deputy Minister of Public Security and the Minister of Public Security’s decision on granting judicial titles to Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang and Major General Le Quoc Hung.

Minister To Lam and the Deputy Ministers of Public Security. 

Under the authority of the Prime Minister (PM), Minister To Lam presented the PM’s decision to Major Tran Quoc To, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, who becomes a Deputy Minister of Public Security.

At the ceremony, Minister To Lam presented the decisions to Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security, as the new Head of the Security Investigation Agency, and to Major General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security, as the new Head of the Police Agency on Management of Criminal Judgment Execution, Custody and Temporary Detention.

Minister To Lam presented decisions on judicial title promotion to Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang and Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister To Lam congratulated three deputy ministers on their new positions and duties. He believed that they would successfully complete the assigned tasks, and contributing to protecting national security and maintaining social order and safety.
