MPS leaders meet health leaders and dedicated doctors
PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on February 21 held a meeting with leaders of the Ministry of Health, professors and doctors in the health sector, and leaders of hospitals in Hanoi on the occasion of the 64th Anniversary of the Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27).

General To Lam, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, Minister of Public Security chaired the meeting.
The meeting saw the presence of Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien, as well as members of the Central Public Security Party Committee, other retired and incumbent leaders of the MPS and the Ministry of Health.
Speaking at the event, General To Lam on behalf of the Public Security Forces expressed gratitude to the health sector for their support and cooperation in ensuring security and order as well as in healthcare of public security officers and soldiers.

He also expressed his hope that the national health sector would continue to support the Public Security Forces and care for the health of public security officers and soldiers.
Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien thanked the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the MPS for their good sentiments for the health sector. She also pledged that the health sector would work closely with the MPS in improving healthcare services for officers and soldiers of the Public Security Forces, making its part to the protection of national security and social order and safety.
